I’m a Director of Photography, based in London, UK, via South Africa (Oceanography), Canada (Mountains) and Hull (The North). I love to shoot and light in an organic and honest way. In a way that moves me and connects me to the subject. Which is probably why I love docs so much.

I'm one half of trunk. Two mates who've made films together from the beginning. We did a bit of directing and these days mainly DP together on long form docs.

My work on Storm Chaser was short listed for Best Cinematography at the Kinsale Shark Awards in 2024 and our film The Mighty Penguins won a Grierson in 2024 for Best Sport Documentary.
